Sitting on the 5th floor, this beachfront retreat offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset from your private balcony, the sights and sounds of the Gulf are always front and center.
Inside, 506W is a simple yet comfortable space designed for relaxation. The open living area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light and a laid-back coastal vibe. The kitchen has all the essentials for easy meal prep, whether you're making a quick beach snack or a casual dinner after a day in the sun.
Beyond the condo, you’re just minutes from Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and an exciting mix of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Looking to explore more of the coast? The scenic beaches of 30A are just a short drive away.
On-site amenities include a beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, and sundeck, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine. With private beach access just steps away, you can go from your condo to the shoreline in seconds. While on-site exercise facilities are unavailable, several nearby gyms cater to vacationers.
For those who love simple comforts, stunning Gulf views, and easy beach access, 506W is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Panama City Beach!

Important: You must register for and print parking passes prior to arrival. https://www.aquavistapcb.org/parking-permits/ 
If you do not print, Beach Repro by Winn-Dixie will print for $5. There is also a UPS and Office Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway. However, this is not recommended to rely on as they are not open on the weekends or evenings.

Starter Sets:
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

Towels & Linens:
One bath towel and wash cloth per per person. Please utilize washer and dryer. Beach towels not provided. Do no take white towels to beach.

Rental Agreement Required
Upon booking we will send you a Rental Agreement for e-signature.

Security systems/cameras:
For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.

ID and Selfie Required
Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.
