Inside, 804W is all about simplicity and comfort. The space is clean, bright, and welcoming—giving you everything you need for a relaxing stay. The open living area is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, and the kitchen comes equipped with the essentials to prepare easy meals and snacks.
Located just minutes from Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, you’ll have no shortage of things to do. Looking for more adventure? The scenic beaches of 30A are just a short drive away.
Resort-style amenities include a beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, and sundeck, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine. With private beach access only steps away, you can go from your condo to the sand in seconds. While on-site exercise facilities are unavailable, several nearby gyms cater to vacationers.

Starter Sets:
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

Towels & Linens:
One bath towel and wash cloth per per person. Please utilize washer and dryer. Beach towels not provided. Do no take white towels to beach.

Rental Agreement Required
Upon booking we will send you a Rental Agreement for e-signature.

Security systems/cameras:
For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.

ID and Selfie Required
Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.
